HOW DO I FIND MY PICTURES?

Photos are available online just some hours after being shot. You can use our alert email alert system and we will tell you when photos are online.

Photos are classified by place (col/pass), date and hour.

WHEN DID I WILL RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
 

• DIRECT DOWNLOAD. Immediately after the confirmation of your purchase. You will receive an email with photos.
• ORIGINAL RETOUCHED. Maximum 3 days after purchase. You will receive a wetransfer link in your mailbox. Photos are retouched by a professional and will be ready for large prints.
• Prints (Fujifilm and Kodak). Between 5 and 15 days after purchase (depending on the postal service).
• Forex and Plexiglass boards. Between 7 and 25 days (depending on the postal service).
