How do I find my photos?

Your photos are available a few hours after you pass the col. If they are not online yet, use our alert system to be notified by email as soon as they are available.

To find your photos:

  • Select the col/event and the date in the PHOTOS tab, or click directly on the image on the home page.
  • Use the Cyclists / Motorbikes / Cars and Uphill / Downhill filters to narrow your search.
  • Each page corresponds to one hour of passage.

Our photographers shoot both the climbs and the descents, so you may have several shots on each side.

Tip: add your photos to your favourites from your account to find them easily later.

I can't find my photo, what should I do?

Don't worry. Send us a short description (col, date and approximate time of your passage, your outfit or vehicle) through our contact page, and we'll look for it for you.

What are the payment options?

You can pay by:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • iDeal
  • Sofort

What are the delivery times?

  • Direct download: immediately by email after payment confirmation.
  • Retouched digital file: within 3 days maximum after purchase. You will receive a WeTransfer email with the download link.
  • Photo paper prints: between 4 and 12 days after purchase (depending on postal services).
  • PVC plate prints: between 7 and 25 days after purchase.

Do you ship prints outside Europe?

We ship paper prints and plates within Europe only. Beyond that, shipping costs are too high to be worthwhile. If you are outside Europe, we recommend buying the digital file and having your prints made locally.

Do the photos have a logo or watermark?

No. The watermark only appears on the website previews. The photo you buy is completely clean, with no logo or watermark.

Which option should I choose: direct download or retouched file?

To share your memories or keep them, the direct download is enough in the vast majority of cases. To frame or print in large format, choose the retouched high-resolution file. See all our product details →

Can I use my photos on social media?

Of course! Once you've purchased your photo, you can share it freely on your social media and with your friends and family.
